The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate for the Early Years Teacher position should be an experienced and nurturing educator with a strong commitment to excellence in early childhood education. This role requires a candidate capable of delivering a stimulating and engaging curriculum aligned with the British National Curriculum. The successful candidate will foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes curiosity and discovery. Experience in creating developmentally appropriate lesson plans to cater to young children’s diverse needs is essential, along with a passion for encouraging play-based learning and self-expression. Candidates with a background in early years education or child development will be particularly advantageous. Additionally, the ability to build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues is vital for success in this role.
Educational and Experience (Requirements):
Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field
PGCE with QTS, Valid US Teaching Licence, Bachelor of Education, Irish Teaching Council Registration, SACE, etc.
(Recognised Teaching Qualification)
Candidates require a minimum of three years’ teaching experience
(as per visa requirements)
