The Ideal Candidate

This outstanding school are seeking high highly talented teacher of Elementary with Specialisms in Art, though teachers of Art with experience of teaching a younger demographic of student will also be considered for this bespoke role. The ideal teacher of  Elementary Art will be expected  to deliver outstanding lessons to mixed demographic of student through out the ages of 5 – 11 years old. The Ideal applicant will set high expectations for their students, will promote creativity and have the confidence to assess and deliver a skills based curriculum. The ideal candidate will have the ability promote the subject area. The ideal Elementary Art Teacher will create a positive, active and creative learning environment that allows learners to express themselves through their artwork. The ideal applicant will also possess and kind and personable nature, excellent communication skills and will possess the ability model and support a learner centered, hands-on classroom environment that promotes learner engagement and participation.

Educational and Experience (Requirements)

*Bachelor’s Degree in Guidance Counselling or relative field

Relative Field to Subject Specialism of course is highly preferable

*PGCertHE, The American School Counsellor Association (ASCA) or other recognized Counselling Membership

*Candidates require a minimum of three years experience

*Other highly notable accolades towards an application; (Masters Degree, TEFL Certificate, Past International Experiences)
