Kindergarten ( Early Years ) Teacher | Brand New High Profile School in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, United Arab Emirates (UAE) | Next Academic Year (August 2023)

Here at International Teaching World (ITW), we are proud to announce that we are currently supporting one of the leading private school groups in the entire UAE (United  Arab Emirates) with the acquisition of several highly ambitious Kindergarten ( Early Years ) Teacher (s) who possess the ability to offer high-quality and consistently engaging lessons with in the school’s KG Settings ( Early Years )  (Ages  5 – 11)).  This nationally renowned group will be hosting a series of on-line interview events across the course of the academic year as their Abu Dhabi Campuses, experience a significant period of growth. This international school group are responsible for several of the highest achieving British, IB and American Common Core private school settings in the entire country and are currently seeking specialists in the fields of English Language and Literature to join their dynamic team based in Abu Dhabi in one of the groups American Common Core settings. This brand new campus is  already home to a team of highly skilled teachers from across the United States, The United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa and Canada, all of which have been able to adapt their expertise in towards this standardized curricular approach, creating a highly talented and dynamic team.

Salary & Benefits:

**TAX-FREE Salary of up to AED 15,675 a month

(Approximately, $ 4,270, £ 3,600, € 4,120, C$ 5700, A$ 6400, 6,900 NZD, 5, 900 AUD,, ZAR 73,000)

**Note: Fully Qualified Teachers of English Language and/or Literature in particular will likely be considered for the highest end of the pay scale due to the need and importance of the role. Factors such as years of experience (2 Years Minimum), International Experience or curriculum familiarity will be paid

The Ideal Candidate

This outstanding school group are seeking Early Years (Kindergarten) Teachers to teach their Kindergarten programme to a mixed demographic of student through out the ages of 3 – 5 years old. Emphasis will be paid to teachers abilities to provide structured, yet creative learning opportunities for their students. The ideal candidate will demonstrate natural abilities in regards to the engagement of young people and will possess a proven track record of providing consistently, high quality lessons and learning experiences in relation to all areas of the Early Years (Kindergarten) curriculum. The ideal applicant will be able to confidently contribute to a thriving, cross curricular style of teaching and learning and curriculum, as well as having the ability to enable students in unlocking their talents. Early Years teachers will place emphasis on working on children’s strengths and key areas of interest and will strive to supporting children reach their full potential. The ideal Early Years teachers will be able to create a positive and cohesive environment in which students are both motivated and engaged and will place emphasis of high expectations and a collaborative learning style. The outstanding applicants will demonstrate a history of excellence both through their educational and prior teaching experience.

Educational and Experience (Requirements)

*Bachelor’s Degree in Early Years (Kindergarten), Foundation Phase or Childhood Development based field

(Relative Field to Subject Specialism)

*PGCE with QTS, Valid US Teaching Licence, Bachelor of Education, Irish Teaching Council Registration, SACE etc.

(Recognised Teaching Qualification)

*Candidates require a minimum of two years teaching experience
