The Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate for this position will be a qualified and experienced Maths Teacher with a deep understanding of the subject and a passion for instilling a love of learning in students. The teacher should be able to effectively plan, deliver, and assess lessons in line with the curriculum, adapting their approach to suit the individual needs of students. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students and staff alike are key to success. The ideal candidate will have the ability to foster a positive learning environment where students can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
Educational and Experience (Requirements):
*Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics or related field
*Recognized Teaching Qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, Bachelor of Education, or equivalent)
*Minimum of 2 years’ teaching experience (preferably in an international setting)
*Strong knowledge of teaching Maths to students aged 11-18
*Additional qualifications, such as a Master’s Degree or IB training, are advantageous
