The Ideal Candidate:

The ideal PE Teacher will bring energy, enthusiasm, and a commitment to fostering physical excellence in students of all abilities. They will have experience delivering high-quality PE lessons across Key Stages 3 to 5 and be confident in teaching a broad curriculum that includes athletics, team sports, fitness, and health education. The successful candidate will promote inclusive participation, develop leadership and teamwork skills, and inspire students to adopt healthy lifestyles. Experience coaching school teams, organizing sports days or extracurricular clubs will be highly regarded. A collaborative, flexible attitude and a passion for contributing to whole-school wellbeing and community initiatives will be key to success in this role.

Educational and Experience (Requirements):

Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related subject
Recognised teaching qualification: PGCE, Teaching Diploma, B.Ed, or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years’ post-qualification experience teaching PE
Preferred: Experience teaching iGCSE PE, IB Sports Science, or equivalent
International school experience and coaching certifications are advantageous
