The Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will be a creative, compassionate and reflective educator with a deep understanding of primary education and inquiry-led learning. They should demonstrate flexibility, a strong commitment to collaboration, and the ability to nurture every child’s individual potential. Experience with international curricula, including the IB PYP or UK-based programmes, is highly valued, as is a strong focus on student well-being and inclusive practice. A passion for innovation, a positive attitude toward change, and a willingness to embrace the wider life of an international school are essential.
Educational and Experience (Requirements):
Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a closely related field
Recognised Teaching Qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, B.Ed., or equivalent)
Minimum of 3 years’ full-time teaching experience in a Primary or Elementary setting
Preferred additions: (Master’s Degree, IB PYP experience, EAL strategies, previous international experience)
