The Ideal Candidate 

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the school’s library and all associated resources. The School Librarian will be responsible for the acquisition, organisation, and maintenance of al reading-related resources to support the learning needs of pupils and the needs of the wider school community. The school librarian will be required to partner with teaching staff to provide planned sessions to support individual, targeted groups, and whole class needs. The school librarian will be acknowledged throughout the school as an expert in resource and information provision and management and will work collaboratively with other educators to both design and implement literacy programs throughout the school.

Educational and Experience (Requirements)

*Bachelor’s Degree in Librarianship
(Relative Field to Subject Specialism)

*Candidates require a minimum of two years teaching experience in a school
(As per visa requirements)
