The Ideal Candidate

This outstanding school group are seeking University and Careers Guidance Counsellor who possesses. The  successful candidate will support  the Sixth Form team manage a significant part of the university applications processes and to assist/advise students with their applications to universities worldwide. The ideal candidate will have experience in supporting students in their preparation of personal statements, personal essays and application forms. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a passion for education and commitment to educating the whole child, as well as a high level of professionalism and consideration of the well-being of pupils. A strong familiarity with the international educational system is hugely beneficial towards an application.

Educational and Experience (Requirements)

*Bachelor’s Degree in Guidance Counselling or relative field

Relative Field to Subject Specialism of course is highly preferable

*PGCertHE, The American School Counsellor Association (ASCA) or other recognised Counselling Membership

*Candidates require a minimum of three years experience

*Other highly notable accolades towards an application; (Masters Degree, TEFL Certificate, Past International Experiences)
