Early Years (Kindergarten) Teacher  | Brand New IB (International Baccalaureate) delivering academy in Lusail, Qatar | Next Academic Year (August 2024)

Here at International Teaching World (ITW), we are very proud to be contributing to the natural growth of an incredibly ambitious, IB (International Baccalaureate) delivering academy based in the magical city of Lusail, Qatar. This wonderful institute has reached out to ITW to support them with the acquisition of several highly talented teachers of Early Years (Kindergarten) to join their incredible setting for the beginning of the next academic year (August 2024)

The academy began its ambitious journey three years ago and very quickly gained accreditation from the International Baccalaureate (IB) due to the outstanding professional development provided by the academy. Due to its cross-curricular approach, the school have not been bound to recruitment focussed on past curricular experiences and has focussed on hiring teaching staff based on their attributes, which has resulted in a highly talented team from all curricular backgrounds.

Teachers from curricular backgrounds such as the American Common Core, British, Irish and Canadian curricula work in collaboration and provide a world-class education in a world-class setting via the International Baccalaureate.

In terms of the school’s outstanding campus; the academy is home to state-of-the-art learning environments inclusive of sizeable and colourful classrooms, all of which are equipped with a plethora of carefully selected, age-appropriate resources. The academy also boasts specially designed spaces across the campus in the form of music rooms; blessed with an array of instruments and recording equipment. Computer suites; equipped with first-class technology and resources for its students. Educational and Experience (Requirements)

*Bachelor’s Degree in Early Years Education, Childhood Development based field

(Relative Field to Subject Specialism)

*PGCE with QTS, Valid US Teaching Licence, Bachelor of Education, Irish Teaching Council Registration, SACE etc.

(Recognised Teaching Qualification)

*Candidates require a minimum of two years teaching experience

The Ideal Candidate 

This outstanding school are seeking an Early Years Teacher to teach their Early Years programmes to a mixed demographic of student through out the ages of 3 – 5 years old. Emphasis will be paid to teachers abilities to provide structured, yet creative learning opportunities for their students. The ideal candidate will demonstrate natural abilities in the engagement of young people and will possess a proven track record of providing consistently, high quality lessons and learning experiences in relation to all areas of the Early Years (Kindergarten) curriculum.

Salary & Benefits:
