The Ideal Candidate

This outstanding school group are seeking Science Teachers with specialisms in Chemistry with a history of excellence in the subject area. Teachers will be responsible for the delivery of engaging science lessons via a standardized curriculum. Science Chemistry teachers will be responsible for the teaching and assessment of a mixed demographic of student through out the ages of 11 – 15  years old.  This brand new campus is seeking individuals with a true passion for facilitating young people’s curiosity in the field of Chemistry.  The ideal candidate will be expected to have a minimum of two years teaching experience in the field, and references will indicate a track record of a history of effective teaching. Exceptional candidates will indicate excellent subject knowledge and the ability to put situations into real-life contexts. Teachers will also be expected to maintain excellent classroom management in order to promote cohesion and professionalism and serve as a role model to the students they teach daily.

Educational and Experience (Requirements)

*Bachelor’s Degree in a Chemistry, pharmacology, forensic science s, or relative field

(Relative Field to Subject Specialism)

*PGCE with QTS, Valid US Teaching Licence, Bachelor of Education, Irish Teaching Council Registration, SACE etc.

(Recognised Teaching Qualification)

 *Candidates require a minimum of two years teaching experience
