The Ideal Candidate

This outstanding school group are seeking Teachers of Visual Arts to deliver outstanding lessons to mixed demographic of student through out the ages of 11 – 15 years old. The Ideal applicant will set high expectations for their students, will promote creativity and have the confidence to assess and deliver a skills based curriculum. Art Teachers will always promote a positive image of themselves and their school. Art Teachers will create a positive, active and creative learning environment that allows learners to express themselves through their artwork. The ideal applicant will also possess and kind and personable nature, excellent communication skills and will possess the ability model and support a learner centered, hands-on classroom environment that promotes learner engagement and participation.

Educational and Experience (Requirements)

*Bachelor’s Degree in an Artistic Field

(Relative Field to Subject Specialism)

*PGCE with QTS, Valid US Teaching Licence, Bachelor of Education, Irish Teaching Council Registration, SACE etc.

(Recognised Teaching Qualification)

 *Candidates require a minimum of two years teaching experience
