Salary & Benefits:
Highly Competitive Salary of between 12,000 AED – 16,750 AED a month
(Approximately $3,270 – $4,565, £2,680 – £3,735, €3,090 – €4,315, C$4,450 – C$6,215, A$5,150 – A$7,200, NZD5,580 – NZD7,800, ZAR62,500 – ZAR87,000)

The Ideal Candidate
The school group is seeking Visual Art Teachers who are passionate about developing creativity in students and who have a deep understanding of both traditional and contemporary art forms. The ideal candidate will be experienced in delivering engaging lessons that encourage artistic exploration and help students develop technical skills alongside critical thinking.
Familiarity with the IB Programme is highly desirable, particularly with the visual arts curriculum that emphasizes inquiry-based learning and independent artistic projects. Candidates should have experience helping students build impressive art portfolios that align with international standards, preparing them for further education in the arts or creative industries.
The ability to integrate modern digital tools and software into the art curriculum is essential, ensuring students are equipped with skills relevant to the evolving world of visual arts. The ideal candidate will also contribute to the school’s extracurricular activities, such as art clubs, exhibitions, and student-led projects.
Educational and Experience (Requirements):
Bachelor’s Degree in Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or a closely related field
(Degree highly relevant to the subject area)
PGCE with QTS, Valid US Teaching Licence, Bachelor of Education, or equivalent teaching qualification
(Recognised Teaching Qualification)
Candidates require a minimum of three years of relevant teaching experience
(as per UAE visa requirements)
Other qualifications that will strengthen your application include:
Master’s Degree, IB certification, and previous experience in international education.
