The Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children with diverse learning needs and a commitment to providing high-quality, individualised support. They should have a solid understanding of various special educational needs, including learning disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, and speech and language challenges. The ability to design and implement differentiated lesson plans, as well as a proactive approach to collaborating with colleagues, parents, and external professionals, is essential. The candidate should be compassionate, patient and have strong communication skills to ensure students feel supported in their learning journey. The ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team, along with experience in using assistive technologies, will be highly valued.

Educational and Experience (Requirements):

*Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education, Education, or a related field

*Recognised Teaching Qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, Bachelor of Education, or equivalent)

*Minimum of 2 years of experience working in an SEN role (as per visa requirements)

*Knowledge of differentiated instruction, behavior management strategies, and assistive technology

*Additional certifications in SEN (e.g., SENCo, TEACCH, or similar) are desirable
